
We need your help to get prospective parliamentary candidates (the people who hope to be elected as Members of Parliament) to sign up to the Pledge for Patients campaign.
We want to target prospective parliamentary candidates in every constituency in the UK. If you are able to, please send letters, emails and social media posts to as many candidates standing in your constituency as you can!

We have now made it easier to tweet your candidates in just a few clicks! Follow this link and enter your postcode to directly tweet the candidates in your area using our template message.
Example Tweet: hello (@Candidatename) as you are a candidate in my constituency, please sign #Pledge4Patients at pledgeforpatients.org.uk/sign-up/ to show your support for people with rare diseases.
